Pre-Made

All products are sold as 100% pre-made.

Processing Time

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we aim to process and ship it within 1–2 business days.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand drops or promotional periods.

Shipping

We ship throughout Australia and to selected international destinations.

• Free Australia-wide shipping is available on all orders over $100 AUD.

• Orders under $100 AUD will have shipping calculated at checkout.

• International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order through the Shop app using the same email address you used to place your order.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, Broken Saints is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
